This fragrance wears like a hammer to the face.  This is totally brutal.  I thought Bogart Pour Homme was strong, but next to One Man Show Gold, it smells merely warm and pleasant.  Any more than three sprays of this deadly juice and you'll take out an entire conference room.  Co-workers will cower under their desks when you walk by.

It took some serious huevos for Bogart to release this.  Like other macho man fragrances like Quorum and Lapidus Pour Homme, this is so at odds with anything that is considered stylish these days.  It's loud and boisterous, and totally a throwback to the power scents of the 70s and 80s.  Plus, macho scents haven't been popular since the 80s anyway.  Bogart had to know that they weren't on to a big seller here, so I commend them for releasing a fragrance as testicular as this.

Not only is One Man Show Gold a true powerhouse, but I can't imagine anyonebut fans of power fragrances even liking this.  It wears like a big purple cloud of haze all around you, sort of like Sung Homme.  It's heavy and sweet, but not sugary sweet, and it's got this dirty, skanky musk smell pervading everything.  It's got a kind of soiled underpants smell that, combined with a dry soapiness characteristic of 70s-style powerhouses like Brut, cut through the sweetness, resulting in a demolition derby of scent.  There's a lot going on in this fragrance.

Fans of strong fragrances can rejoice with this release.  It throws off some nice power, and it smells great.  It will sit very comfortably on my bureau next to my bottles of Quorum, Salvador Dali Pour Homme and Kouros.
